To keep everything flowing smoothly and professionally, please review the policies below before booking.

Included in all services: Shampoo, Blowdry, and complimentary snacks are available

Please Read Carefully

Deposit (non-refundable)

​Deposits are used to secure your appointment time slot & go towards your remaining balance.  Deposits may vary upon services.

​

  • $15 Deposit - Color Services

  • $25 Deposit - Regular Services

  • $50 Deposit - Braiding Services

  • $150 Deposit - Custom Wig Services

 

Remaining Balances are due in EXACT CASH, APPLE PAY or ZELLE ONLY!

ATM RUNS ARE NOT PERMITTED!!

Rescheduling,
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

  • A minimum 24-hour (1day) notice is required to reschedule/cancel without penalty.  
     

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service total. 
     

  • No shows will be charged 100% of service total and blocked from future bookings.

How to Prepare

  • 1 & 1b braiding hair is available in stock.

  • Specialty hair/color must be provided by client. 

  • Hair color for listed coloring services will be provided by stylist.

 

 

DROP OFFS:

​

All lace materials, wigs, hair bundles & specialty braiding hair must be dropped off 3 days prior to appointment for preparations. Unless instructed otherwise.

Same-day customizations will result in $25 fee. 
 

 

 

**Purchasing Bundles from Stylist**


Hair typically arrives within 2-3 business days. Upon order arrival, client will be able to schedule appointment appropriately. 
NO DEPOSIT NEEDED UPON SCHEDULING FOR INSTALLMENT APPOINTMENT.
